The Department of Music celebrated“Suron Ki Holi” on 07.03.2023. Students of the department presented various Ragas and Instrumental presentation related to Holi on this occasion. The Chairperson and faculty members appreciated the enthusiasm of the students. On this occasion Professor Neelam Paul, Chairperson, department of Music said that Holi is a one of the major Hindu Festivals which commemorate the victory of good over evil and it is a festival of various colours representing various emotions of life.
ProfessorNeelam Paul appreciated the brilliant performance of students i.e. Ramanpreet Singh, SaiprasadPatro, Jagjeet Shah, Bunty, AkshayKaushal, RishabhKrishan, Gurdeep Singh Anubhav Sharma, Yogesh Sharma, Abhishek Sharma SamdeepSaini and students who performed in group. On request of students Mr.SoumenBhatacharjee and Mr Prabhdeep Singh, Assistant Professors also performed on Sitar which was very much appreciated by the students.
