The Department of Personnel, Chandigarh Administration has issued transfer orders of 61 employees of various departments under inter deparmental transfer policy in public interest. Out of these 61 officials, 26 officials are of Estate Office. These officials of Estate Office have been posted in their seats for long tenures and now have been transferred out based on performance review, stated by Sh. Vinay Partap Singh, Estate Officer, Chandigarh.
The Estate Office has recently initiated the disciplinary action against some of their officials to ensure corruption free working and timely disposal of cases in the Office. Some of the officials were suspended also on the basis of performance review.
Sh. Vinay Pratap Singh, Estate Officer Chandigarh further shared that this Office will not tolerate any corruption and unnecessary harassment caused to public. Strict check would be done at levels where public dealing is done.
