Chief Executive Officer, Jalandhar Smart City Limited and the team visited Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC), Chandigarh

Chandigarh, November 12, 2022:

Sh. Abhijeet Kaplish IAS, Chief Executive Officer, Jalandhar Smart City Limited along with the team visited Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) of Chandigarh Smart City Limited, located in Sector 17, Chandigarh. Sh. N.P. Sharma, Chief General Manager, Chandigarh Smart City Limited welcomed the guests at their arrival and accompanied them throughout their visit.  

Jalandhar Smart City Limited is also establishing the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC). The visit was planned with the intent of learning and not missing out on something important. 

A demonstration on live functioning of ICCC enabled citizen centric services on the video wall in ICCC was given and features of the project were explained to the team by Mr. Ashish Sharma, Information and Communication Technology Expert. All the queries raised by the team were successfully addressed. 

“Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC) striving to provide efficient service deliveries, a safe and secure environment and better quality of life to the citizens. It acts as a “nerve center” for operations management. It processes a complex and large pool of data sets at an aggregated level. ICCC is designed to enable city administrators to monitor the status of various amenities, any kind of disaster by providing them the real time incident details and help in rapid resolution of the situation.’, said by Ms. Anindita Mitra, Chief Executive Officer, Chandigarh Smart City Limited.

Sh. Abhijeet Kaplish IAS, Chief Executive Officer, Jalandhar Smart City Limited appreciated the working of the ICCC Chandigarh and said that the visit to ICCC, Chandigarh has given them the insight and set a high benchmark to be achieved by Jalandhar Smart City in coming future.
