event named “Aradhanam with great fervor and enthusiasm.
“आराधनम्,” the Annual Food Fest of AIHM, Chandigarh, unfolded on the institute’s lawn under the
captivating theme “The Flavours Of The World.” The event showcased a delightful array of both
national and international cuisines, consisting the delicious Dulchè de lychee devil cake, a sweetened
milk-based caramel dessert cake made with lychee, Tom Yom popular Thai soup and many more
such mouth watering dishes made by the immense efforts of Aihm’s kitchen club students.
Complemented by lively band performances by the talented students of AIHM, and a plethora of
entertaining games.
