Chandigarh, June 7
The department of UIFT celebrated World Environment Day by adopting baby plants, which were planted around the department premises. The Chairperson, Dr. Anu H. Gupta felt that the students had to be awakened to this need of realising our onus towards the environment we inhabit. Ms. Kirti along with the students and faculty members took the responsibility of locating spaces for the new plants to grow and expand.
