Chandigarh, May 31
The Office Management Software for the Institutes under the purview of Directorates of Technical Education (DTE) and Higher Education (DHE), U.T. Chandigarh was launched today by Shri Amandeep Singh Bhatti, DHE-cum-DTE, Chandigarh at Chandigarh College of Engineering & Technology (Diploma Wing), Sector 26, Chandigarh.
The software has been designed for the purpose of ease of office work of the Institutes of Technical Education and Higher Education to a large extent. This Application will be helpful in reaching out a particular information/data in one click with regard to several subjects/heads under these departments, thereby saving precious time and energy. It will facilitate in implementing the instructions from higher authorities in a more speedy and transparent manner. This software is the brainchild of DHE-cum-DTE.
A one-day Workshop was also conducted today to spread awareness amongst all the stakeholders about this software and it was attended by 46 persons. All Officers of Technical Education and Higher Education Directorates participated in this Workshop.
Shri M.L. Rana, Principal and HOD, Dr. Sunita Mehta (Nodal Officer), DTE; Dr. Mahender Singh (Nodal Officer), DHE and all the Nodal Officers nominated from Technical Education and Higher Education Institutes were present on this occasion.
