Useful in emergency purpose besides maintaining water supply pressure for fire department employees houses in same premises
Chandigarh, June 4:-
Smt. Sarabjit Kaur Dhillon, Mayor, Chandigarh today laid the foundation stone for 25000 gallon sump at fire station, Manimajra.
This water sump will be provided at approx. cost of Rs25 lakh and will be completed with in time period of 2 months.
The Mayor said that with the provision of this water sump, independent sufficient storage of water will be maintained for Fire department Gobindpura area of Manimajra in emergency purpose besides maintaining water supply pressure for fire department employees houses in same premises.
