Inquires about reasons for delay in construction works; directs officials to complete the pending works soon

Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that today Haryana has become a leading state in the country in terms of development. The infrastructure has become strong in the state, as a result of which Haryana has become the most preferred state for investors.
He said that roads are necessary for development and if the infrastructure is strong then the economic condition of the state and the country will be better. Therefore, due to infrastructure, all the pending works will be completed till the year 2024. The Chief Minister reached Pinjore today, where he conducted a surprise inspection of the construction works of Pinjore bypass. He inquired from the officials about the reasons for the delay in the construction works and directed them to complete the upcoming processes and remaining works at the earliest.
While interacting with media persons on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that work on railway line and National Highway crossing in the Pinjore bypass project was stalled for some time due to technical reasons, the same has been inspected today. A meeting in this regard will be held soon and these works will be completed expeditiously.
He said that this bypass will join Baddi Road, which will facilitate movement of people from Haryana as well as other provinces.
Responding to a query regarding Pinjore-Nalagarh four lane highway, the Chief Minister said that the work was stalled due to some reasons. The works will be started soon after assessing the situation.
He said that Haryana is in a better position today in terms of roads. Whenever any project is requested by Haryana from National Highway Authority of India, it is always completed.
