Chandigarh, May 31 –
Haryana Government today constituted a 19-member Empowered Group of Secretaries (EGoS) to monitor the PM GatiShakti National Master Plan (NMP).
The Chairman of the EGoS will be Chief Secretary, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal and its scope of work will be to review and monitor implementation of the State Master Plan and to set out a procedure and a definitive time frame for synchronization of various activities for construction of roads, rail etc along with all utility services in an area-based approach for development of infrastructure on pilot basis. The Member Secretary will be Director General or Director, Industries & Commerce, and Secretary Industries & Commerce Department.
The members of the Committee will be Additional Chief Secretary, Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Administrative Secretaries of Power, Public Works (B&R) and Architecture Department, Irrigation and Water Resources Department, Environment and Climate Change Department, Finance and Planning Departments, Civil Aviation Department, Skill Development & Industrial Training, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department, Town & Country Planning and Urban Estates Department, Urban Local Bodies Department, Haryana Industries & Commerce Department, Transport Department, Chairman, Haryana Space Applications Centre (HARSAC), Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation, Director General or Director Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Designated Officers from Central Government from DGFT, EPC, AAI, DPIIT or any other.
