Famous show host Oprah Winfrey took to social media, on Saturday and shared the news of the death of her father Vernon Winfrey. Oprah Winfrey’s father Vernon Winfrey passed away at the age of 88 this Friday. He died a week after his family had honoured his life in a celebration. Oprah posted a video of herself surprising her father with a gathering in his backyard on the 4th of July.
At this time, the cause of Vernon’s demise is still unknown though it is clear that he had been ill for a while now.
