Satguru Mata Ji, in her blessings on the occasion of Project Amrit, said that water has great importance in our lives and it is like nectar.  Water is the basic basis of our life.  It is our duty to take care of this clean and beautiful creation that God has given us.  We, as humans, have misused and polluted this invaluable heritage.  We have to keep nature in its original form and clean it.  We have to inspire everyone with our actions and not just with words.  When we connect with God who is present in every particle and when we take basis of Him, then we start loving every form of His creation.  Our effort should be that when we leave this world, we leave this earth in a more beautiful form.

On this occasion, all the officials of Sant Nirankari Mission, distinguished guests and thousands of volunteers and Sewa Dal members participated.  The program was broadcast live through the website of Sant Nirankari Mission, the benefit of which was availed by all the devotees sitting in the country and abroad.  On this occasion, thousands of students and teachers of Delhi University along with many organizations and many dignitaries associated with environmental protection participated.

Giving detailed information, Shri Joginder Sukhija, Secretary and Social Welfare In-charge of Sant Nirankari Mandal, said that during ‘Project Amrit’ every statutory safety parameter was properly followed.  In this program, proper arrangements were made for seating, refreshments, parking, ambulance and medical facilities etc. for all the servants and visitors.  More and more youth participated actively in this project.  Shri Sukhija informed that this campaign will not last only for one day but will continue every month with the cleanliness of different ghats and water sources.

At the conclusion of the program, the guests present praised the Mission profusely and also expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Nirankari Satguru Mata Ji and said that the Mission has definitely contributed towards nature conservation through this welfare project of water conservation and water sanitation.  An important step has been taken for this.–
