Chandigarh, June 6:-
Smt. Sarbjit Kaur, Mayor, Chandigarh, Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS, Commissioner and Sh. Anup Gupta, Deputy Mayor, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh today called upon the newly recruited officials of Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh (MCC) to come forward and live up to the responsibilities.
While congratulating them, the Mayor said that it is essential to maintain people’s confidence and faith in public service delivery system and it can be achieved through determination, dedication and devotion. She asked them to provide responsive administration at the base level stating that Chandigarh Municipal Corporation has always accorded high priority to public service delivery.
As many as 42 candidates, who cleared the examination, were handed out appointment letters by the Mayor, Commissioner and Deputy Mayor during a special orientation programme held at Conference Room, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh.
The new officers/officials, who got appointment letters were including 36 clerks namely Sh. Rakesh , Manik Kumar, Deepak , Pankaj Kumar , Yudhveer Singh , Sachin Mor , Hussna , Sahil Bhola , Vivek Yadav, Ajay Kumar , Gaurav Yadav , Dakshesh , Rohit Yadav , Ashok Kumar , Annu , Divya Yadav , Surender , Shivani , Ravinder , Saurav , Rohit Kumar , Jagpreet Singh , Paramjit , Phalak, Rahul , Ankit , Rohan Arya , Gurman Singh , Gopal Singh Rawat, Mohit Tyagi, Balkishan , Gurpreet Singh , Kultar Singh , Sombir , Harmanjeet Singh and Mahi Pal.
In addition to that other appointments including 4 Steno-typist namely Sh. Ankit Kumar Rajat Karwal , Mehak and Rahul Jogi S/o Arjun Singh and 2 Data Entry Operators namely Sh. Deepak & Vikul Narwal got the appointment letters.
